The Services I Provide
Individual Therapy
I provide individual therapy services for adults both in-person and via telehealth. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma and attachment related issues.
Parental Support
I have extensive experience with Early Childhood Mental Health and offer support for parents/caregivers facing challenges related to the emotional and behavior needs of children ages 0 - 5 years.
Session Rates
Individual Sessions: $150 (50-55 minutes)
Insurance
I am an in-network provider for a number of insurance plans. Please contact your insurance to confirm that you have mental/behavioral health coverage. Below is a list of plans with which I am credentialed and a link for the portal through which you can access services. For other plans, I am happy to provide needed documentation for you to request out-of-network reimbursement from your insurer.
I realize that connecting through a third party can be a barrier. Headway provides billing support for my practice which allows me to see more clients through insurance. If you have questions or concerns about signing up with Headway, please contact me.
